From 20 year old vines on red loam over limestone, night harvested and cool fermented across several yeast strains, with selected parcels held on lees for texture. Ripe peach, melon and pear are lifted by round tropical mid palate fruit and crisp acidity. Best enjoyed in its vibrant youth within five years. Serve chilled with seafood, poultry and lighter dishes. Region
